Pressure
That is what I feel right now, pressure! Deadlines, they are inevitable and usually, except for the necessary stress, quite manageable; but not right now. For the next three to four weeks there will be little time for fun, just demanding essays in the pipeline, starting off with an International Relations essay and rounding it up with a paper on International Political Exonomy. blegh!
Except for that, all is good here. Weather is still treating me right, dry cold, crispy snow, and even the sun seems to take longer ’shifts’ up in the sky 
. This really keeps the mood up after a nice little holiday on the slopes last week: what an awesome week that was! A mountain hidden away in the Quebecois ranges with slopes and lifts on all sides, what more can you wish for 
.
A good four hours by car from Kingston on a mere 230 metres (!) above sealevel lies a town called Mont Tremblant. The skiresort there has been declared best skiresort in this part of the continent several times, and sure for a good reason. The snow was amazing, the atmosphere great and the weather crazily nice, I would love to go back. on top of that, the hostel and the people we were with only completed it. In six days of skiing some people went from ultimate beginner to fair intermediate, others enhanced their trick skills and I myself just tried to bum around for a bit. I think I speak for everyone if I say they all had a good time.
Arrgghh, all this excitement! I have to go, and start studying again. Enjoy the pictures and keep me updated from the home front!
